My last schedule chemo treatment came and went. My oncology and I nurse both agreed that we'd love to see each other again, but not in treatment--just on the streets of Walla Walla.
Now the wait. Ten days until the PET scan and mammogram.
Noticed there aren't any comments on this post yet, but I would be willing to bet that I'm not the only one stalking your blog today! (And praying hard for an encouraging result.)
Through a routine mammogram in September, I discovered I have breast cancer. After the initial shock, we kept busy educating ourselves about the disease, but most of all adjusting emotionally to this new way of life. (How handy that October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month!)
